Wigram Hotel sought our expertise to prepare the appropriate consents in order to carry out external and internal alterations to the former RNZAF Station Wigram No. 1 Offers’ Mess.  Being of noteworthy Art Deco architecture and identified as a Heritage Item, careful consideration was taken to ensure appropriate regard to  the existing heritage fabric and character.
