Approach/Expertise

Town Planning Group were approached by our client, having recently purchased a vineyard in Akaroa.  We applied our skills and expertise into successfully obtaining land use consent to construct and establish two buildings to be used as workers accommodation, a farm building for wine making and storage facilities and cellar door on the property.
