The proposal was driven by a need to reduce the capital and operational costs of the previously approved redevelopment proposal, with TPG securing non-notified resource consent for an efficient and streamlined redevelopment comprising an approximate 3,000m2 community and commercial facility featuring a restaurant, sports bar, gaming rooms, library, social hall, lounge, offices, squash courts, outdoor areas and an expansive car park.
